It seems the main goal for individuals is to attain happiness. This could be through consumption, sex, drugs, or even, as many religions and philosophies believe - through poverty, gratitiude, and adversity.
Many people strive for it, but few find it. It could be better for people to instead of looking for what makes one happy, and instead try to avoid things which make one unhappy.
But, should we strive for happiness? Or is it simply a by-product to life?
